  • Take an exhilarating tour of the north of Qatar with an experienced tour guide, in a modern air conditioned 4x4 vehicle.  
    You will be collected from a location of your choice and taken to visit Qatar’s northern port town of Al-Khor, where you can see the traditional Qatari dhow boats being built by craftsmen.  


    You will then be taken to the Al Thakhira where you will see the mangrove swamp and some of the birds unique to the area.
    You will then visit a deserted old Qatari village where the original homes were made of limestone and mud.


    You will then drive to Al Shamal on the extreme northern tip of Qatar, from where Bahrain is visible on a clear day. En route, you will stop at a small café to for lunch. This is followed by a trip to Ruwais where you will have the opportunity to meet a traditional Arab family, the Majlis and their pet falcon. Finally you will have a guided tour to the Al Zubara Fort and excavations before returning to Doha.
